This year, we are elevating the gastronomic experience to make it more accessible and enjoyable. Each day, two teams of chefs, pastry chefs, and cheesemakers from Brussels will create exclusive and original 3 and 5-course menus, with beverages included. Savor the best of the capital through signature dishes, flavorful cheeses, and indulgent desserts.
But the culinary delights don’t stop there! Eat Festival is once again partnering with its neighbor, the BXLBeerFest, to offer the finest Belgian breweries paired with our various menus. To celebrate 10 years of collaboration, the Wines of Bordeaux will also return to Eat Festival. Meet the winemakers and explore the richness of this iconic vineyard. Additionally, enjoy new workshops, tastings, demonstrations, and the famous 100% Brussels producers’ market.
For the second year, Eat Festival invites you to attend the national competition of the Premier Fromager, in collaboration with the Federation of Belgian Cheesemakers.
Finally, in line with our commitment to environmental sustainability – a major theme in the culinary arts – Eat Festival aims to reduce waste. From now on, you will be welcomed at the festival as if you were in a restaurant, enjoying your meals on classic, reusable dishware.
