Come learn how to cook a Gastronomic menu at Bosch! On the menu :
Starter: Red tuna tartar with mango/lime/bread tuile.
Main course: Piece of beef cooked to perfection in a salt crust/ Burnt onion/ Palet of potatoes/ Béarnaise.
Dessert: Apple pie with frangipane.
Drinks included.

Workshop in French/English
The Food Market reserves the right to cancel or postpone a workshop if the number of participants is less than 8. In this case, the client will be able to book another workshop on the date of his/her choice. Any cancellation by the client must be notified by email (mc@garemaritime-foodmarket.be) at least 48 hours before the workshop. If not, the payment of the course will be considered as lost.
